Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ThermAcoustic Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

ThermAcoustic Pro provides tools for calculating thermal (U-value) and acoustic (Rw) performance of building assemblies. Results are based on the EN ISO standards implemented in the calculator.

The results are provided for informational and planning purposes only. They do not constitute engineering certification, building code compliance verification, or professional advice. Always verify calculations with a qualified engineer before use in construction.

3. Account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
One person per account - do not share accounts
You may delete your account at any time from Settings

4. Plans and billing

The Free plan is available at no cost with usage limits (3 calculations per month). The Pro plan is billed monthly or annually via Polar. Prices are shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal - cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate the service beyond normal use
Use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation
Share your account or resell access
Attempt to circumvent usage limits

6. Intellectual property

The software, design, and content of ThermAcoustic Pro are owned by us. Your calculation inputs and saved projects remain yours. We do not claim ownership over data you create.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including reliance on calculation results in professional or construction contexts.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from Settings.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll notify registered users by email for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
